You tell Dr. Moy what you really eat. The honest version.
Wellness
Built around the food you already eat and the week you actually have, not a list of things you have to give up.
What It Is
Nutritional coaching here is a conversation, not a meal plan handed across a desk. Dr. Moy is a Precision Nutrition certified coach, so the method is one habit at a time instead of an overhaul on Monday.
Food does real work in rehab. Protein gives healing tissue something to rebuild with. Enough carbohydrate keeps you fueled for the harder sessions instead of running on empty. Fats like omega-3 support how your body handles inflammation. And body weight is load, so every pound is a pound your knees and hips carry up the stairs.
You have fed everybody else for years. Your own dinner happened standing at the counter, and that was not laziness, that was the job. So we start there, with the week you actually have, and change one thing in it.
One habit at a time. No food banned.
What It Helps
This is not treatment for any of these. It is the background your recovery happens in, and it moves the parts you can control.

Your first visit starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a treatment off a menu. Nutritional Coaching is used when the evaluation says it is the right tool for what is driving your symptoms, and it is delivered one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full hour.
Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness is in network with BCBS PPO and Medicare, and out of network with Aetna and United Healthcare. There is also a cash-based option with the price agreed up front. We check your benefits before your first visit so you know the cost before you commit.
Most patients feel meaningful change within 4 to 6 visits. Your plan moves through the four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, so there is a defined endpoint rather than an open-ended run of appointments.
