Dr. Moy watches you move and starts you under your limit.
Wellness
Not a printout of ten exercises: a program written for your body, your week, and the equipment you actually own.
What It Is
Exercise programming is Dr. Moy writing what you do between visits. Which movements, how many, how much load, and what changes next week. It gets written after he has watched you move, not pulled off a list of standard handouts.
Every exercise in it has a job. Build tolerance in a joint that has lost it. Get strength back on the side that shrank. Clean up the form that keeps costing you: how you sit, hinge, twist, lift, land. Progression is written in, so you know when to add and when to hold.
You used to train. Then work, kids, and a body that started complaining took the hour. That was not quitting, that was priorities. Starting again just needs a plan that meets the body you have today.
Written for your gear: gym, garage, or living room floor
What It Helps
A program does not repair a joint by itself. It changes what that joint can tolerate, and tolerance is what you actually feel day to day.

Your first visit starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a treatment off a menu. Exercise Programming is used when the evaluation says it is the right tool for what is driving your symptoms, and it is delivered one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full hour.
Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness is in network with BCBS PPO and Medicare, and out of network with Aetna and United Healthcare. There is also a cash-based option with the price agreed up front. We check your benefits before your first visit so you know the cost before you commit.
Most patients feel meaningful change within 4 to 6 visits. Your plan moves through the four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, so there is a defined endpoint rather than an open-ended run of appointments.
