Services
You want more than the pain gone: you want your sport back, and a clearance you can actually trust.
What It Is
You’re the one who plays through it. That instinct is part of why you’re good, and it’s also why this is the second or third time the same injury has come back. Sports rehab is where that cycle gets broken.
Most rehab stops the day the pain stops. That’s the gap athletes fall through. Sports rehab keeps going past comfortable: strength on the side you’ve been favoring, control at speed, and the cutting, landing, and throwing your sport actually asks for.
It starts with a cause-first evaluation, because the tissue that tore is rarely the whole story. Then Dr. Moy rebuilds it in order: calm the pain, restore the motion, load it hard, then put your sport back on top. Same hour, same clinician, every visit.
Cleared by testing, not by the calendar
What It Helps
If the pain has faded but the movement still feels off, that gap is exactly what this is for.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We test both sides and measure the gap.
2
You work at the load today can hold, not the one you had in June.
3
You move up the day you pass the test. Not sooner, and not weeks later.
Why It Works
You stop guessing whether you’re ready.
Strength comes back on the side you’ve been favoring.
Your sport goes back in on purpose, not by feel.
The weakness underneath it gets addressed too.

Your first visit starts with a cause-first evaluation, not a treatment off a menu. Sports Rehab is used when the evaluation says it is the right tool for what is driving your symptoms, and it is delivered one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the full hour.
Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness is in network with BCBS PPO and Medicare, and out of network with Aetna and United Healthcare. There is also a cash-based option with the price agreed up front. We check your benefits before your first visit so you know the cost before you commit.
Most patients feel meaningful change within 4 to 6 visits. Your plan moves through the four phases, Pain, Prime, Perform, and Prevent, so there is a defined endpoint rather than an open-ended run of appointments.
