Andrew utilizes evidence-based manual therapy treatments, followed by specific individualized exercise progression, patient education, and continual reassessment at each visit. He believes this is the best approach to help patients meet their personal goals and return to the highest level of function.
On a wellness level, Andrew is a firm believer in a holistic approach to health. He is passionate about educating and providing patients with the tools necessary to optimize their diet to improve performance and overall well-being. His goal with nutrition is to introduce patients to a macronutrient and micronutrient-based eating plan that is sustainable and individualized to their goals (losing weight, building muscle, or body composition changes). His hope is that clients will leave the clinic with healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
When he is not in the clinic, Andrew enjoys traveling the world with his wife and three kids. He also is an avid golfer and tennis player.
