COMPENSATION:
- $70,000 – $100,000

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop customized treatment plans.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and a small, cohesive team.
- Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
- Passion for providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients, encouraging their engagement in the recovery process.
