COMPENSATION:

  • $70,000 – $100,000

Education: postgraduate degree

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Skills:

  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop customized treatment plans.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and a small, cohesive team.
  • Prior experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, mobility, strength, and function.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and goals.
  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients, encouraging their engagement in the recovery process.
